How can we help young people find employment? We address this question through our RYSE project, where we expand the knowledge of students preparing to enter the workforce on sustainability and help them develop their digital and project management skills.
Young people participating in the project can submit proposals for mini-projects focused on sustainability, and we will provide financial support for the implementation of the best ones. The winners will take part in a one-week training program in Portugal and Transylvania.
The project is led by the French organization Le Partenariat, with partners including the Italian organization CEFA, the Romanian organization ATA, the Spanish organization Jovesoldies, and the Portuguese organization AMC.
The project was implemented with the support of the European Union under the Erasmus+ program.
