I-CAN

International Climate Action Network

The I-CAN International Climate Action Network is a 30-month project funded by the EU’s Erasmus+ program. Its goal is to equip interested teachers with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to develop their students’ critical thinking and encourage climate-conscious behavior. The project brings together teachers and educators who want their students to think critically about climate change and take action for a more sustainable and just world.

We have created a platform for French, Italian, English, and Hungarian teachers where they can access educational materials and build a network. Teachers learn how to simulate UN Climate Conferences with their students, and then share the results with other schools, local governments, and student teachers across Europe.

We are working with partners from the UK, Italy, and France on this project.

The project was implemented with the support of the European Union under the Erasmus+ program.
