ClassPRO

Let’s create an inclusive, flexible, and engaging classroom environment

ClassPRO project's goal is to equip teachers with modern tools and strategies so they can create an inclusive, flexible, and engaging classroom environment where every student feels seen, heard, and supported.

Its goal is to modernize classroom management strategies in secondary schools, support teachers’ competencies and professional development, strengthen teacher-student communication, promote inclusive educational practices, and address low student achievement by fostering positive emotional responses to specific subjects.

Project results:

  • Virtual Learning Lab (VLL) to enhance high school teachers’ knowledge of inclusive classroom management practices
  • A digital assessment tool and handbook for subject-specific classroom strategies to help teachers effectively utilize students’ emotional responses
  • Gamified scenarios based on real classroom experiences that enable the development of practical skills in classroom management strategies
