Empowering Youth Workers through Playful Conflict Resolution

The PLAYADR project brought together youth workers from across Europe to explore how games and educational tools can be used to teach Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Through interactive learning, participants developed skills in mediation, negotiation, and conflict management, enhancing their ability to work with young people.

Over the course of the project, participants engaged in hands-on activities, tested innovative educational games, and collaborated to create a Toolkit that will serve as a long-lasting resource for youth workers.

Key Achievements

37 participants from 10 countries took part in the training seminar.
A comprehensive Toolkit was developed, featuring tested educational games and methods for youth workers.
Local dissemination workshops reached over 500 young people, introducing ADR concepts to a wider audience.
The project fostered international collaboration, creating a strong network of professionals dedicated to peaceful conflict resolution.

The PLAYADR project is a step forward in empowering youth workers with practical, engaging methods to teach ADR, ensuring that young people can develop essential conflict resolution skills for a more peaceful society.
